This project of 3 appartments and 3 artist studios is located in the north of Paris.

A patio system is designed to find the same qualities in all the appartments and the studios. Especially to bring light and exterior spaces to each of them.

 

The entrance in the parcel is made through a big common patio, which also serve as a common backyard. The roof is also shared to serve to the community.

​

We can notice in the cuts that each appartment have a large patio bringing natural light in the living areas and in the studios.
